General Provisions
This Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the terms and procedure for refunding money for paid services provided through the SmartGeniusAI.com service.

Note: The service includes additional paid tariff plans. The conditions for invoicing and refunds apply after the user activates a paid subscription in accordance with this Refund Policy.
Refund Conditions
When Refund is Possible
- Within 14 days from the first payment for Pro subscription
- For technical issues that we could not resolve within 72 hours
- In case of erroneous charges (double charges, etc.)
- If the service does not match the advertised features
When Refund is Not Possible
- After 14 days from the first payment
- If you used the service to process a significant volume of images
- In case of violation of the Terms of Service
- If the issue is related to your device or internet connection
- If you changed your mind about needing the subscription
Refund Procedure
Step 1: Submit Request

In the request, specify:

- Payment date and amount
- Reason for refund request
- Transaction number (if available)
Step 2: Request Review
We will review your request within 5 business days.
During the review process, we may request additional information or offer alternative solutions to the problem.
Step 3: Refund Execution
If the refund is approved, funds will be refunded within 10 business days to the original payment method.
The time for funds to be credited depends on your bank or payment system (typically 3-10 business days).

Partial Refunds
When Partial Refunds Are Possible:
Monthly Subscription
When canceling subscription in the middle of payment period, refund is made proportionally to unused time.
Annual Subscription
When canceling annual subscription, refund is calculated proportionally to unused months, minus discount for annual payment.
Example: When canceling annual subscription after 3 months, amount for remaining 9 months is refunded proportionally.
Special Cases
Technical Issues
If the service is not working for more than 24 hours continuously, and we cannot solve the problem, you have the right to refund for the corresponding period.
We will make every effort to resolve technical issues before considering a refund request.
Legal Requirements
We comply with all applicable consumer protection and distance selling laws.
In case of conflict between this Policy and legislation, legislation provisions shall apply.
Gift Subscriptions
For subscriptions purchased as gifts, refund conditions are the same as for regular subscriptions.
Refund is made to the person who made the payment.
