SmartGeniusAI is a digital service. Users upload images, enter prompts, choose AI tools, and receive processed results. Tokens, subscriptions, and payments are used only to access service features.

• Account data: email, name or nickname, protected password hash, interface language, Google or Telegram login status, Telegram ID when connected.
• Usage data: selected tools, token ledger, editor events, image upload, generation start and completion, result download.
• User content: images, prompts, selected presets, output settings, and AI-generated versions.
• Payment data: selected token package or subscription, amount, currency, payment status, order ID, and payment provider. Full card numbers and CVV are not processed by SmartGeniusAI.
• Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, country or approximate location, cookies, referral parameters, and landing pages.

• To create accounts, authenticate users, and display token balances.
• To run AI photo editing, image generation, AI agent workflows, and result history.
• To debit tokens, grant bonuses, activate subscriptions, process refunds, and handle payment disputes.
• To protect the service from demo abuse, mass registrations, suspicious payments, and technical attacks.
• To improve the interface and analyze the funnel: image upload, generation start, token limits, and payment attempts.

Uploaded images and prompts may be sent to technical AI providers that help perform the selected operation.

Users are responsible for having the right to upload and process images, including people, products, brands, and intellectual property.

We may temporarily store results, previews, and technical logs so users can download results and support can investigate issues.

SmartGeniusAI uses tokens and subscriptions. Subscription tokens may be granted daily and may have an accumulation cap according to the selected plan.

Payments may be made by cards, payment aggregators, cryptocurrency, Telegram Stars, or other available methods.

Payment providers process payment details under their own rules. SmartGeniusAI receives only payment status and data required to credit tokens.

Account data is stored while the account is active or while needed for support, security, and financial records.

Payment history and token ledger records may be stored longer when required for accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

A user may request account deletion. Some records may be retained when required by law or to protect service rights.

Data may be shared with hosting providers, payment systems, AI/API providers, email providers, analytics systems, Google/Telegram login services, and support tools.

We do not sell personal data. Sharing is limited to service operation, security, payments, support, or legal compliance.

Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export of their data where applicable.
