Refund Policy

Purchasing tokens or subscriptions gives access to digital AI features of SmartGeniusAI.

After successful payment, tokens are usually credited automatically. Sometimes a payment provider notification may be delayed.

If payment is confirmed but the balance is not updated, contact support and include the account email, amount, date, payment method, and order ID if available.

• Duplicate charge for the same order.
• Payment was successful but tokens were not credited and we cannot technically confirm or restore the credit.
• A user purchased a package or subscription by mistake and has not used the credited tokens.
• The service was unavailable due to our technical issue and the user did not receive paid digital access.

• Tokens were credited and fully or partially used for AI processing.
• The AI result was subjectively unsatisfactory but the tool technically completed.
• The user violated service rules, tried to bypass limits, or abused demo mode or payments.
• The user selected the wrong package but already started using tokens.

A subscription grants daily token credits and may include an accumulation cap.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not always mean a refund for the current period.

If a subscription was activated but tokens were not used, support may review a full or partial refund individually.

Refunds for Telegram Stars, cryptocurrency, and some aggregators may depend on the rules of the relevant platform or payment provider.

Cryptocurrency payments may be irreversible. In disputed cases, we may manually credit tokens after payment confirmation.

Include the date and time of payment, amount, currency, payment method, token package or subscription, order ID, and a short description of the issue.

We try to respond within a reasonable time. Money arrival time depends on the payment provider and bank.
