These terms govern access to SmartGeniusAI, including the website, editor, account, tokens, subscriptions, Telegram bot, and related features.

If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

SmartGeniusAI provides an AI photo editor, text-to-image generation, pose, outfit, background, hairstyle, enhancement, agent tools, and other features.

Results are generated automatically using AI models and may differ from user expectations.

The service may be updated. Tools, prices, token costs, subscriptions, limits, and the interface may change.

Some features may require an account. Registration may be available by email, Google, Telegram, or other methods.

Users are responsible for protecting account access and must not share accounts with third parties.

We may restrict access if we suspect fraud, demo abuse, rule violations, or attempts to circumvent payment.

Tokens are used to run AI tools. The token cost depends on the selected tool and may be shown in the interface before launch.

Tokens are not currency, electronic money, or a financial asset. They are used only inside SmartGeniusAI.

Subscriptions may grant tokens daily and may include an accumulation cap. Unused daily tokens may not accumulate beyond the plan cap.

Payments may be made through cards, payment aggregators, cryptocurrency, Telegram Stars, or other methods available in the interface.

Users confirm they have the right to upload images and use them for AI processing.

Users must not upload content that violates law, third-party rights, privacy, copyright, payment system rules, or platform requirements.

Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate images, deception, blackmail, harassment, and harmful deepfake use are prohibited.

Users keep rights to their original uploaded content.

If no law or third-party rights are violated, users may use generated results for personal or commercial purposes.

SmartGeniusAI does not guarantee uniqueness, legal clearance, or fitness of results for a specific commercial purpose.

The service is provided “as is”. AI results may contain errors, artifacts, face or hand distortions, outfit issues, background issues, or other inaccuracies.

We are not responsible for user decisions, publication of results, third-party rights violations, or consequences of using AI images outside the service.

If a technical token or payment error occurs, users may contact support for review.

We may update these terms when features, payments, law, or security requirements change.

Continued use after an update means acceptance of the updated terms.
